An advanced training course on leadership and excellence programs concluded at Kirkuk University.

Kirkuk University concluded an advanced training course titled "Business Plan Development," in cooperation with the Directorate of Entrepreneurship and Excellence at the Prime Minister's Office, from June 14 to 17, 2026, with the participation of 23 graduates from various disciplines.The course, presented by Dr. Hussein Flamerz, Advisor to the Prime Minister, aimed to empower participants to prepare effective business plans for viable entrepreneurial projects. This was achieved by equipping them with practical skills and knowledge in analyzing project ideas, preparing financial studies, conducting market and competitor analysis, developing innovative marketing plans, and building support networks and strategic partnerships.
