Kirkuk University and Turkey’s Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey University have signed a joint cooperation protocol aimed at developing academic and research relations, while opening new avenues for collaboration across educational, scientific, cultural, and health-related fields.
Representing Kirkuk University, the Dean of the College of Engineering, Professor Dr. Jalank Akram Omar, stated: "This protocol strengthens cooperation regarding international exchange and scholarship programs—most notably Erasmus+ and Mevlâna—in addition to fostering joint research and academic projects and leveraging available international collaboration opportunities."
This agreement is part of Kirkuk University’s ongoing efforts to enhance its standing in international rankings and expand its global network of partnerships, ultimately supporting the educational process and providing an advanced research environment for both faculty members and students.
