Registration & Student Affairs Department
Managing the student journey from admission to graduation
We welcome our students, parents, and visitors from inside and outside the University of Kirkuk. We aim to provide clear information and high-quality administrative and academic services aligned with ministerial regulations, ensuring an organized study pathway from the moment of admission until obtaining the university degree.
The Admission & Registration Division is responsible for organizing, managing, and implementing policies related to the student’s academic pathway: admission, registration, enrollment records, academic status follow-up, preparing the academic calendar, and issuing official graduation orders and degrees.
