The College of Veterinary Medicine at Kirkuk University organized a scientific seminar entitled "Improving Veterinary Practices and Animal Welfare in Kirkuk," attended by a number of veterinarians and owners of veterinary clinics in Kirkuk Governorate.
The seminar included a lecture by Dr. Ziad Arif, who highlighted key ways to improve veterinary practice and strengthen adherence to professional and ethical standards aimed at achieving animal welfare, in line with modern veterinary practices.
