The Continuing Education Center at the University of Kirkuk was established under University Order (7/27/10576) on 30/10/2016, following the approval of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Research & Development Department (letter No. 6865 dated 16/10/2016). This reflects the university’s role in serving society and its commitment to human development as a key driver of progress.

The Center provides specialized training courses, workshops, seminars, and conferences through dedicated divisions and units across administrative, scientific, technical, language, and community fields. It designs continuing education programs that meet the needs of institutions and individuals across various sectors to support professional and knowledge growth—through skill development, learning new knowledge, and exploring capabilities.
