The Department of quality assurance and university performance at the presidency of the University of Kirkuk organized a workshop on the forms of evaluating the overall performance of associates, and evaluating the performance of teaching staff in the Bologna track for the academic year 2024-2025. The workshop aimed at enhancing the understanding of the calendar file controls, clarifying the performance evaluation mechanisms in the Bologna track, and the mechanism for calculating the academic performance index through three main dimensions: (student feedback, department head's assessment of the learning process, professor's portfolio assessment), as well as improving academic and administrative performance through continuous evaluation.
