The University of Kirkuk participated in the University Festival of plastic arts for Iraqi universities organized by the Department of student activities at the Ministry of higher education and scientific research. The director of the Student Activities Department, M.Dr. Ibrahim Bahram khurshad, that this cultural event came to highlight the artistic creations of university students in the fields of painting and plastic arts, adding that the students of the University of Kirkuk participated in a group of artistic works that were greatly admired by the audience and the jury, which was an expression of the great efforts exerted in developing students ' artistic skills.
