A doctoral dissertation at the College of Law and Political Science at Kirkuk University discussed the role of specialized international organizations in addressing climate change.
The dissertation, presented by researcher Shaimaa Jamal Mohammed, aimed to clarify the plans and strategies developed by international organizations to urge and encourage developed countries to adhere to their commitments to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, especially after the United Nations expressed its deep concern about the worsening phenomenon.
