In the presence of the president of the University, Dr. Omran Jamal Hassan, and the scientific assistant, Dr. Abdullah Ali Mohammed Tamim, the University of Kirkuk witnessed the establishment of an awareness seminar aimed at women, organized by the women's affairs division in cooperation with the Department of information and Government Communication at the university presidency.The seminar aimed at raising the level of health awareness about the importance of early screening and its effective role in reducing the incidence and mortality rates resulting from breast cancer, as well as promoting a culture of prevention and continuous self-detection. The seminar was presented by Dr. Roya Hisham Fakhreddin, reviewed the latest scientific information about the nature of the disease, its causes, modern diagnostic methods, available treatment methods, as well as emphasizing the role of health education in supporting and encouraging women and the importance of continuous follow-up and taking the necessary tests.
