In accordance with the unified program plan of the Social Research Division, and under the direct supervision of the Director of the Dormitory Affairs Department, Ms. Iman Abdul Wahid Majeed, dormitory staff continued their field visits and direct interviews with students residing in the dormitories. These visits saw active participation from social researchers and supervisors, including social researcher Abdul Mohsen Asghar Ali and Mr. Imad Burhan Abdul Khaliq, supervisor in the Jaber Ibn Hayyan dormitory. A number of vital issues were emphasized in accordance with ministerial directives, most notably:

🔴 Health and Service Awareness: Encouraging students to refrain from smoking in their rooms and to conserve water and electricity as a national responsibility.

🔴 Maintaining public property and furniture to ensure their longevity, and maintaining quiet and respect.

🔴 Establishing values of mutual respect between students and supervisory and security staff.

🔴 Identifying and addressing negative behaviors using a direct educational approach.

🔴Providing psychological support and behavioral guidance to ensure a smooth daily life.

🔴Transforming student housing complexes from mere shelters into educational environments that cultivate the university student's character.

For its part, the department administration affirmed that these visits and meetings are ongoing and will continue, to ensure the removal of all obstacles facing students and to reinforce their feeling that the dormitory is their "second home."
