University of Kirkuk Announces Candidates for Study Leave (Board, Master's, PhD) for 2026 / 2027
Based on the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the University of Kirkuk announces the list of candidates for study leave within Iraq for the academic year 2026/2027, to obtain (Board, Master's, PhD) degrees in various university departments.
Nominations were based on the requirements of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Department of Research and Development letter No. 1210-35793 dated April 3, 2026.
Objection Period: Official objections are accepted at the concerned colleges for two days only starting from the date of the results announcement.
