Head of the Engineering DivisionThe Engineering Division serves as the advisory and technical execution body responsible for engineering planning, preparing designs and blueprints, as well as providing direct supervision and quality control over all construction, architectural, electrical, and plumbing projects. It also oversees the maintenance and development of college buildings, classrooms, and sports fields in accordance with the latest approved standard specifications.

🎯 Objectives of the Engineering Division:
- Preparing innovative engineering designs and bill of quantities (BOQ) for future college projects.
- Providing direct field supervision and quality control of execution and materials across all construction projects.
- Implementing and updating preventive and periodic engineering maintenance programs for all buildings and sports fields.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, engineering security, and environmental standards within facilities.
- Conducting periodic structural safety evaluations of all buildings and facilities, promptly addressing technical flaws.
📋 Main Responsibilities and Duties of the Division:
- Preparing architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing engineering drawings for all projects and expansions.
- Preparing technical cost estimates, bill of quantities, and tender documents for bids and direct projects.
- Conducting daily technical field supervision of contractors, companies, and executive committees, verifying progress rates.
- Auditing completed work measurements and drafting official preliminary and final project handover certificates.
- Providing engineering recommendations and technical advice to the College Deanship on all construction and investment matters.
