Head of the Media and Government Communication DivisionThe Media and Government Communication Division is a crucial and main link within the college. It bears the responsibility of spreading cultural and scientific awareness, in addition to being the true face and reflective mirror for all academic and sports activities and events. It serves as an effective mediator between the college and all media outlets, in cooperation with the University's Media Department and the Ministry's Media Office. The division represents an integrated public relations system that contributes to building a positive institutional image and highlighting the college's development and reconstruction projects.

🎯 Objectives of the Media and Government Communication Division:
- Providing comprehensive news and media coverage on all academic, sports, and infrastructural achievements of the college.
- Consolidating the college's positive institutional image and strengthening media partnerships with various governmental and local institutions.
- Developing digital publishing mechanisms and real-time coverage across the official website and platforms of the college.
- Highlighting scientific achievements, research, and distinguished student and sports activities in the media.
📋 Main Responsibilities and Duties of the Division:
- Organizing administrative and public relations between the college, state departments, and relevant governorate institutions.
- Supervising and providing media coverage for conferences, seminars, panel discussions, and academic activities within the college.
- Photographic, video, and press documentation of all official visits by the Dean and official college activities.
- Preparing and coordinating daily news, supplying the university's and ministry's media offices with updated activities and events.
- Monitoring published news, complaints, and opinions regarding the college, and responding to them in coordination with the Deanship.
- Facilitating and organizing the work of journalists and satellite TV channels for conducting press and television interviews.
Media Unit
Press Coverage, Digital Documentation, and News PublishingSpecializes in comprehensive media and press coverage of all scientific, sports, and academic events within the college; photographic and video documentation of activities, seminars, and conferences; managing and editing daily news for the official website and social platforms; as well as direct communication with various media outlets to highlight the academic achievements of the college.
Public Relations Unit
Institutional Communication, Reception, and Official ProtocolResponsible for organizing official receptions and protocols for college guests and visiting delegations; managing and organizing festivals, conferences, national, and academic events; and fostering ongoing cooperation between the college and various government institutions, service departments, and community organizations within and outside the governorate.
