🎯 Objectives of the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Division:
- Providing individual and group psychological and educational counseling to students to help them solve their problems and overcome challenges.
- Enhancing academic and social adaptation for new students, facilitating their smooth integration into the university environment.
- Monitoring academically struggling students or those facing special circumstances, offering appropriate support and guidance solutions.
- Developing stress management and competitive coping skills among students and athletes in the college.
- Promoting ethical and university values and preventing wrong behaviors to ensure discipline and a sense of responsibility.
📋 Main Responsibilities and Duties of the Division:
- Organizing counseling and awareness seminars, workshops, and forums on academic adaptation and self-skill development.
- Directly supervising counseling committees, activating and documenting weekly educational counseling hours in the college.
- Conducting field research and studies to investigate and identify the most common psychological and educational problems among students.
- Ensuring complete confidentiality of all counseling files and consultations, preparing periodic and statistical reports for the College Deanship.
