Dr. Mariwan Saleh Ahmed, a lecturer at the Faculty of basic education at the University of Kirkuk, has published a new scientific author entitled "legal provisions for professional surveyor errors in fixing property boundaries – a comparative analytical study" by the Arab Center for scientific studies and research.The author explained that the book deals with the problems caused by the professional error of the surveyor when fixing the boundaries of real estate, and the consequences that affect real estate ownership and lead to disputes between individuals on the one hand, and sometimes between individuals and official bodies on the other, and seeks to provide practical solutions and legislative recommendations.
