The Faculty of physical education and sports sciences organized a qualitative lecture on healthy nutrition, with the participation of the dean, associates and students of the faculty.The lecture, delivered by Prof. Dr. Mateen Sulaiman Saleh, aimed to introduce the concept of proper nutrition and its importance in maintaining the general health and slim figure of employees and teachers, while highlighting the importance of essential nutrients and their role in enhancing activity and vitality.
