Kirkuk University organizes an awareness seminar on combating corruption

The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Kirkuk, in cooperation with the Federal Commission of Integrity, organized an awareness seminar focused on reporting administrative and financial corruption.The seminar aimed to promote the principles of integrity and transparency, foster a culture of anti-corruption, raise awareness about the importance of protecting public funds, and encourage the reporting of irregularities and instances of corruption through official, authorized channels.The seminar covered key types of administrative and financial corruption—such as embezzlement, the misappropriation of public funds, and forgery—while also highlighting the mechanisms for reporting such cases and introducing the toll-free hotline (154) established for receiving reports.
