The College of Computer Science and Information Technology, in cooperation with the Iraqi Al-Amal Association and under the slogan "Together for Equality," organized an awareness seminar on digital literacy with the participation of several faculty members and students.The seminar included lectures addressing cyber extortion, aiming to educate students on the proper use of social media, the dangers of misuse, and the risks of becoming victims of extortion, as well as the importance of avoiding sectarianism and division within society.The seminar also featured a screening of an awareness film about cyber extortion entitled "The Victim," which aimed to increase student awareness to prevent them from becoming victims of extortion and to promote social harmony through the application of equality among all segments of society.
