Interpretation serves as a tool to ensure the vitality and continued validity of the constitution by linking constitutional texts to their higher objectives of protecting rights and freedoms and achieving constitutional justice.The dissertation concluded that constitutional interpretation is a judicial practice that goes beyond simply revealing the literal meanings of texts. The interpretative jurisdiction of the Federal Supreme Court represents one of the most important mechanisms for ensuring the effectiveness of constitutional provisions.
