It also seeks to demonstrate the impact of digitization in reducing costs, speeding up procedures and analyzing the challenges facing government agencies during the implementation of digital transformation. The thesis concluded that digital transformation has become a necessity to improve the performance of Public Utilities and ensure their sustainability. It also contributes to raising operating efficiency and making more accurate and effective decisions. Despite the challenges related to cybersecurity and training, its benefits outweigh the obstacles. The theme emphasizes that digitization paves the way for building more intelligent and quality facilities to serve citizens.
