A master's thesis at the College of Education for Humanities at Kirkuk University discussed argumentation techniques in the poetry of Jarallah al-Zamakhshari (d. 538 AH), submitted by student Ahmed Hassan Hazza.The thesis aimed to study argumentation techniques in al-Zamakhshari's poetry, revealing the means and methods he employed in constructing his poetic discourse, persuading and influencing the reader, and analyzing the argumentative structures and mechanisms used to express the ideas, positions, and visions contained in his poetic experience.The thesis concluded that argumentation is an active element in shaping al-Zamakhshari's poetic discourse, as his techniques varied between reasoning, justification, dialogue, argumentation, and other means that contributed to constructing meaning, strengthening the discourse, and influencing the reader, thus revealing the interplay between the persuasive and aesthetic dimensions in his poetry.
