A master's thesis in the College of Engineering discussed the structural behavior of reinforced concrete bridges with vertical spans. The thesis, submitted by student Naz Ali Hussein, aimed to evaluate the impact of these spans on the structural behavior, demonstrate the effectiveness of using integrated steel pipes and additional horizontal reinforcement, and study the effect of concrete strength in mitigating the negative effects of the spans.
