A master's thesis at the College of Law and Political Science, University of Kirkuk, discussed the functional integration of civil judicial procedures: a comparative study. The thesis, submitted by researcher Sarmad Khalil Hussein, aimed to clarify the theoretical and practical dimensions of the principle of functional integration of judicial procedures, explain the objectives, characteristics, and conditions of the concept of functional integration in modern laws, and analyze the position of the Iraqi legislator and its compatibility with comparative trends.
