Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences Chairs a PhD Dissertation Defense Committee at Al-Muthanna University
The Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Professor Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Saber, chaired a PhD dissertation defense committee at Al-Muthanna University for the student Maitham Jihad Fahad.
The Dean of the College stated that the dissertation was titled:
"The Role of Organizational Genes and Organizational Brilliance in the High Performance of Sports Clubs Participating in the Iraqi Premier Volleyball League".
The dissertation aimed to build accurate scientific scales for organizational genes, organizational brilliance, and the high performance of sports clubs participating in the Iraqi Premier Volleyball League.
The study also sought to identify the contribution percentage of organizational genes and organizational brilliance, across all their dimensions, in achieving high performance for these clubs. This provides a qualitative addition that contributes to developing the sports management and organization of Iraqi volleyball.
