Kirkuk University launched a large-scale tree-planting campaign in its campuses and the gardens of its student housing complex, promoting environmental sustainability and addressing climate change. The campaign, organized by the Dormitory Affairs Department in cooperation with the university's Volunteer Work Division and its affiliated colleges, saw active participation from various groups. Many trees were planted, seedlings were cultivated, and green spaces were landscaped, aligning with the university's sustainable development goals and positioning it as a model of environmental commitment and social responsibility.
