Dr. Mariwan Saleh Ahmed, a lecturer at the Faculty of law and political sciences at the University of Kirkuk, has published a new scientific author entitled "legal regulation of the medical participation contract – a comparative study", from the Arab Center for scientific studies and research. The author focused on the risks arising from the absence of legal regulation of medical participation contracts, as this leads to a conflict of responsibilities between doctors and makes the patient more vulnerable to risks. He stressed the importance of establishing a clear legislative framework that protects the rights of all parties and enhances confidence in medical services.
