The associate dean of the Faculty of pharmacy for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Abdullah Kamel Abdullah, published a scientific research in the international journal American Journal of Biology and Natural. The study examined the effect of blood groups on the incidence of kidney disease and their relationship to CMV , BKV (EBV) viruses, and it turned out that males of the (O) group are more prone to dialysis, and that people with CMV virus were in the blood group +O and patients with EBV and BKV viruses were in the blood group +A.
