The Ministry of higher education and scientific research has approved a textbook for me at the University of Kirkuk to become a basic curriculum in law faculties at all Iraqi universities. The decision to adopt the book "the mediator in explaining the provisions of the Iraqi law No. 173 of 1965 in force, amended" for teaching at the Faculty of law and political sciences, professor Dr. Ahmed Samir Mohammed, was a step that enhances the academic status of scientific research at the University of Kirkuk.
