The College of Education for Humanities at Kirkuk University organized a scientific workshop entitled "How Women Can Lead with Confidence and Awareness." The workshop highlighted the importance of awareness in understanding emotions and dealing wisely with different situations, as well as developing effective communication skills and making informed decisions, thus contributing to building a leadership personality capable of facing challenges.
