With the participation of academic and governmental figures, Kirkuk University organizes an educational seminar on building women's leadership skills in light of contemporary challenges.

With the participation of the President of Kirkuk University, Professor Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, the Women's Affairs Division organized a seminar on building women's leadership skills in light of contemporary challenges. The seminar was attended by deans of colleges and heads of women's affairs units in public and private colleges and government departments in the province.The seminar was presented by Professor Dr. Nada Al-Abadi, Director of the Women's Affairs Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, who emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation in the field of women's affairs and developing joint initiatives that support women's rights in the academic community.Al-Abadi added that the Ministry is committed to supporting initiatives that enhance the role of women in the academic community, and that women's empowerment is among the Ministry's priorities in its strategic plans.
