A master's thesis at the College of Law and Political Science, University of Kirkuk, discussed the joint guarantee contract.The thesis, presented by researcher Ayad Hashim Taha, aimed to clarify the legal nature of joint guarantee in terms of its concept, characteristics, and distinction from ordinary guarantee, and to determine its place within the system of personal guarantees in civil law.The thesis concluded that joint guarantee is an effective legal mechanism for guaranteeing rights and distributing responsibilities among the parties to the contract.
