The College of law and political sciences at the University of Kirkuk organized a scientific seminar on the extent of the application of human rights standards in the Iraqi reform directorates/ Kirkuk embassies Directorate as a model, the seminar, which was attended by the dean of the College, Dr. Murad Saeb Mahmoud, touched on the mechanism of enabling detainees to take exams at colleges and institutes in accordance with legal controls, and facilitate the tasks of lawyers during their review of the Directorate of embassies, as well as organizing field visits to a number of detainees and convicts to review their conditions and conditions inside places of detention.
