As part of the Anti-Extremism Week, the College of Education for Humanities at Kirkuk University organized an awareness-raising play about domestic violence, attended by a number of faculty members and students.The play depicted various forms of societal violence, whether verbal, psychological, or physical, highlighting its profound effects on the individual, the family, and society. The performance employed a symbolic dramatic structure that reflected the internal conflicts experienced by the victim, contrasted with a rational discourse advocating understanding and tolerance as civilized alternatives to violence.
