The College of Education for Humanities at Kirkuk University organized a scientific seminar entitled "The Spark and the Disaster: Fires, a Silent Danger Threatening Lives and Property," with the participation of faculty and students. The seminar addressed the concept of fire safety and the causes of fires, highlighting the risks they pose to lives and property, as well as the psychological and social effects of sudden incidents. Civil Defense lecturers reviewed the most important prevention measures, proper ways to deal with emergencies, safe evacuation mechanisms, and the correct methods for using fire extinguishers.
