High student turnout at libraries under the "Read" initiative

The libraries of Kirkuk University colleges witnessed a large turnout of students, coinciding with the "Read" competition and initiative launched by the university president, Professor Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, with the aim of spreading the culture of reading and writing. In this context, the university president directed all colleges to create a suitable environment for reading within the library, by providing reading rooms and a modern, balanced, and comprehensive collection of information resources closely related to the curriculum, stressing the need to develop students' skills and abilities in research, reading, and writing.
