With the participation of international researchers and experts, Kirkuk University is holding its fourth international conference on humanities and contemporary society issues.

Under the patronage of its President, Professor Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, Kirkuk University organized its fourth international conference, entitled "Higher Education and Contemporary Societal Issues." The conference was attended by the Administrative Assistant and the deans of the colleges (Education for Humanities, Nursing, Education for Pure Sciences, Education for Girls, Physical Education and Sports Sciences, and Arts), with broad participation from Iraqi, Arab, and international universities. The Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Muhyiddin, stated that the conference comes within the framework of efforts aimed at activating the role of higher education institutions in addressing the challenges and problems facing society today. The conference witnessed remarkable academic participation, with more than 150 researchers representing over 10 countries, reflecting the high academic level and growing global interest in the conference's themes.
