The University of Kirkuk celebrated its twenty-second anniversary, amid a pleasant atmosphere and the joys of students, professors and associates, to paint a new bright picture on this day, which was a new addition.The rector of the University, professor Dr. Omran Jamal Hassan, toured with the deans of the faculties, among art paintings and architectural projects, drawing on glass, photographs, calligraphy and Arabic decoration.
