The President of Kirkuk University, Professor Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, inaugurated specialized laboratories at the College of Media and a voice lab in the English Department at the College of Arts to enhance students' listening and pronunciation skills. The inauguration was attended by several deans.During the opening ceremony, the university president stated that these specialized laboratories represent a strategic step that strengthens the university's role in meeting community needs and developing students' skills, as everyone strives for academic excellence and contributes to community development.On the sidelines of the inauguration, the university president attended the Classical Literature Festival, which featured a theatrical performance and various artistic events connecting timeless literary heritage with modern technologies. The festival also included a bazaar, handicrafts, paintings, a book fair, and displays of visual art.
