The College of Education for Humanities at Kirkuk University organized a scientific seminar on the "Iraq First" strategy as a comprehensive national framework. The seminar highlighted the fundamental pillars of this strategy, which are based on strengthening national belonging, consolidating the values of citizenship, and building intellectual awareness capable of confronting contemporary challenges, especially in light of regional and international changes.
