The College of Medicinal and Industrial Plants at Kirkuk University organized a lecture entitled "Organic Acids and Their Importance in Food Processing," with the participation of the dean, faculty members, and students.
The lecture, delivered by Dr. Ahmed Ibrahim Saleh, focused on the types of organic acids used in the food industry, their role in food preservation, flavor enhancement, and shelf life extension, and their importance in promoting food safety and quality.
