The College of Arts at Kirkuk University organized a scholarly seminar entitled "Historical Writing Between the Philosophy of Positions and the Philosophy of Schools of Thought."
The seminar included a lecture by Professor Dr. Ali Shaker Ali, who discussed the philosophical theories that guide historical writing, highlighting the most prominent differences between these theories and the foundations upon which they are based, including religious, individual, geographical, and material perspectives.
