Physical Education and Sports Science – University of Kirkuk A Master's Thesis at Kirkuk University Discusses the Role of Visionary Leadership among Specialized Supervisors in Managing Sports Crises
Chaired by the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Professor Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Saber, the college discussed a Master's thesis titled "The Role of Visionary Leadership among Specialized Supervisors in Managing Sports Crises from the Perspective of Physical Education Teachers in Kirkuk," presented by the student Yasser Qanbar Murtadha, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Shaheen Ramzi Rafiq.
The thesis aimed to identify the level of visionary leadership among specialized supervisors and illustrate its role in managing sports crises. Furthermore, it sought to reveal the nature of the relationship between visionary leadership and the supervisors' ability to handle crises and emergency situations in the sports field, thereby contributing to the development of educational and sports work and improving institutional performance.
The discussion committee consisted of an elite group of specialized professors who enriched the session with their valuable scientific remarks, which will contribute to enhancing the research aspect of the thesis.
On the sidelines of the defense, the Dean of the College presented a letter of thanks and appreciation to the discussion committee member, faculty member at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Soran University, Assistant Professor Dr. Barzan Saber Hussein, in appreciation of his outstanding efforts, dedication, and support in advancing the academic and scientific journey.
For his part, the student presented shields of thanks and appreciation to the members of the discussion committee, expressing his affection and gratitude for their scientific support and guidance, which contributed to completing his studies and thesis perfectly.
