The Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Professor Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Saber, held an extensive meeting with the college's staff, in the presence of the Administrative Assistant and a number of division heads and employees, to discuss several administrative and organizational issues related to the daily workflow.
During the meeting, the Dean emphasized the importance of adhering to official working hours and fostering a spirit of cooperation and teamwork among all divisions and units, contributing to the development of administrative and service performance within the college.
His Excellency also stressed the need to overcome obstacles facing the employees and work on finding appropriate and swift solutions for them, ensuring workflow smoothness and achieving the desired institutional goals with high efficiency.
The meeting witnessed the presentation of several proposals and observations by the staff, which were listened to and discussed transparently to serve the public interest, affirming the continuous keenness of the college's deanship to provide a positive and motivating work environment for everyone.
