An Academic from the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences Participates in Evaluating the Referees of the Match Between Peshmerga Sulaymaniya and Golan Clubs
The academic in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Lecturer Dr. Ahmed Jalal Ibrahim, participated in evaluating the referees of the match between Peshmerga Sulaymaniya Club and Golan Club, within the 33rd round of the Iraqi Premier League for the 2025–2026 football season.
The academic mentioned that the match was held in the city of Sulaymaniyah on Saturday, May 2, 2026, and ended with Peshmerga Sulaymaniya Club winning (1–0) against the league leaders, Golan Club.
Dr. Ahmed Jalal confirmed that his participation in this sports mission comes within the framework of enhancing academic and field refereeing experiences, and actively contributing to the development of football refereeing performance in Iraq.
