Under the auspices of Kirkuk University President, Professor Dr. Imran Jamal Hasan, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Professor Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Saber, the Women's Affairs Unit organized a distinguished training course entitled (Emotional Intelligence and the Art of Negotiation).

The course included a lecture delivered by the Head of the Women's Affairs Unit, Dr. Aseen Ahmed Fakhri, with the participation of the liaison member, Dr. Rafif Abdul Sattar Abdul Jabbar. They addressed the concept of emotional intelligence and its great importance in positively influencing others, as well as negotiation methods and arts that contribute to reaching agreements satisfying all parties.

Light was also shed on the types of negotiation and its different stages, and the mechanisms of opening a dialogue effectively to persuade the opposing party, with intense focus on the principle of achieving mutual gains and striving for the concept of "win-win" in the work environment and society.
