The Accounts Division is one of the basic and important divisions in the college and is responsible for receiving revenues from students for the two studies (parallel and evening), as well as other revenues, including document receipts, directives, objections, approvals, etc., that is, collecting all revenues.
As for the college’s expenses, they are disbursed by the formed committees (the Purchasing Committee, the Fuel Committee, the Equipment Maintenance Committee, and the Inspection Committee) according to the orders and lecture fees for external lecturers from all academic departments in the college, with responses to letters received from the university presidency regarding expenses, revenues, financial matters, and accounting.
The Accounts Division is responsible for organizing employee payrolls with a monthly payroll register, contract payrolls, and paying the Retirement Department with pension deductions.
