Based on the principle of cooperation between state institutions and in conjunction with the second edition of the Iqraa initiative launched by the respected President of Kirkuk University, Prof. Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Agriculture, Assistant Professor Dr. Osamah Ibrahim Ahmed, the volunteer committee formed by the Student Activities Division at the college visited a number of schools in Kirkuk Governorate to supply their libraries with agricultural books. The Director of the Student Activities Division at the college, Asst. Lect. Ahmed Salahudin Bahudin explained that the volunteer committee visited a number of schools in the governorate, including (Kirkuk Central Preparatory School for Boys, Al-Gharbiya Secondary School for Boys, Al-Rafidain Secondary School for Girls, and Kocher Secondary School for Girls) to donate a number of agricultural books from the college library to school libraries. He added that this activity comes in conjunction with the second edition of the Iqraa initiative launched by the President of Kirkuk University to motivate students to read and learn, as it has great benefits in developing students' minds with science and knowledge.
