Under the supervision and membership of the President of the University of Kirkuk, Prof. Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, the College of Education for Human Sciences discussed the master’s thesis tagged ((The jurisprudential difference between the Shafi’is and the Malikis in the book Supervising the Issues of Jokes of Controversy by Abdul Wahab Al-Maliki (d. 422 AH) Hajj Book, a Comparative Study)) for the student: Hassan Khalaf Ali Muhammad. The study dealt with clarifying the issues of jurisprudential difference between the Shafi’is and the Malikis through one of the important jurisprudence books, which is the book Supervising the Jokes of Disagreement Issues by Abd al-Wahhab al-Maliki, and through the Hajj chapter. The study reached a number of valuable results that distinguished this thesis in terms of content .
