The University of Kirkuk discusses procedural protection for third parties in the Civil Procedure Law

The Faculty of Law and Political Science discussed a Master's thesis tagged "Procedural Protection of Third Parties in the Civil Procedure Law / A comparative analytical study by student Shaima Abdel-Razzaq Abdel-Latif and supervised by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Samir Muhammad. The study aimed to clarify the issue of procedural protection for others as a right or a legal means, and to avoid harm to others Those who are outside the civil litigation, and their effective role in granting procedural protection is not limited to the third party involved in the civil litigation only, but extends to all types of courts and other cases, whether administrative or penal, or within the scope of the implementation of judicial rulings and the like. The first of Article (69) of the Iraqi Procedure Law No. (83) of the year in force as amended in 1969 (for each interested party to request the entry of a third person into the case joining one of the parties, or requesting the judgment for himself in it...) and the reason is to amend and replace the word of his entry with (interfering with it), and amending the third paragraph of Article (69) of the Iraqi Civil Procedure Law in force, as amended, and adding an element of obligation, because the phrase (The court has a summons...) devoid of the element of obligation.sheymaa1
