The College of Education for Human Sciences held a scientific symposium on achieving mental health, the best way to reduce the phenomenon of suicide, on the occasion of the World Mental Health Day, with the participation of the Dean, affiliates and students of the college. I dealt with the therapeutic method that can be used with the person attempting suicide, creating a meaning for life and supplementing the existential vacuum experienced by individuals. The second lecture was by Dr. Muhammad Abdullah Muhammad, in which he explained the relationship of mental health with suicide and the psychological and social factors that contribute to suicide. The individual commits suicide, as well as the signs and behaviors that can be observed in individuals who have motives towards suicide. The lecture also touched on ways and methods through which the phenomenon of suicide can be reduced.
